Martin Hirsch

Martin Hirsch is 40. He studied medicine and biology for five years and was a student of the prestigious E.N.S. and E.N.A. He is a high-ranking government official, a member of the Conseil d’Etat and is in head of the Agence Française de Sécurité Sanitaire des Aliments since its creation in 1999. A ten years militant in the Emmaüs organisation, he is in head of Emmaüs France, which gathers all Emmaüs groups together, since may 2002. He is a member of the Conseil National de Lutte contre l’Exclusion.
